Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Partalog (the "Platform") and any person who uses our services. Please read them carefully before using the Platform. By registering or using Partalog, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
1. Definitions
"Platform" means the Partalog website and all related services. "Administrator" means the Partalog team responsible for maintaining and moderating the Platform. "User" means any individual or legal entity registered on the Platform. "Seller" means a User who publishes listings for the sale of vehicle parts. "Buyer" means a User who searches for or purchases vehicle parts. "Listing" means a publication for the sale of a vehicle part created by a Seller. "Content" means any text, photos, descriptions, and other information published by Users on the Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on Partalog or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Service, as well as the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the Platform. Using the Platform without registration also constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3. Registration and Account
Full use of the Platform requires registration. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Two types of accounts are available: individual (natural person) and company (legal entity). Company accounts require a valid EIK (Unified Identification Code) and company name. Each User is responsible for the security of their account and password. Sharing accounts or creating more than one account per person is prohibited. Partalog reserves the right to deactivate or delete accounts that violate these terms.
4. Seller Rights and Obligations
Sellers must provide accurate and complete descriptions of listed parts, including actual condition, defects, and compatibility information. Photos in listings must be real and show the actual part. Using stock photos or images from the internet that do not reflect the real condition of the part is prohibited. Sellers bear full responsibility for the authenticity of the parts they sell and must indicate whether a part is original or aftermarket. Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner and keep their listings up to date. When a part is sold, the listing must be marked as sold or deactivated.
5. Buyer Rights and Obligations
Buyers are responsible for inspecting parts before purchase. We strongly recommend in-person meetings and inspection of parts whenever possible. For remote purchases, buyers should request sufficient photos and information before making payment. Buyers should exercise particular caution with advance payments and avoid transferring money to unknown accounts. We recommend using cash on delivery for courier shipments. Buyers have the right to report suspicious listings or seller behavior.
6. Listings and Content
Every listing must contain an accurate description of the part, real photos, and a correct price. The following is prohibited: stolen parts or parts of unclear origin; dangerous or legally restricted items; parts without required documentation (where legally mandated); false or misleading listings; duplicate listings for the same part; content that infringes on third-party copyrights. Partalog may set limits on the number of listings per user. The Administrator reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited on the Platform: committing or attempting fraud; sending spam messages; harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users; posting fake listings or manipulating prices; creating multiple accounts by the same person; using automated tools (bots) to access the Platform; collecting personal data of other users without their consent; any activity that violates the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria or the European Union. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account deactivation and legal action.
8. Communication Between Users
Communication between users should primarily take place through the Platform's chat system. Sharing banking details (account numbers, PINs, passwords), personal documents (ID cards, driving licenses), and other sensitive information through messages is prohibited. Be alert to messages that: insist on immediate payment; propose deals outside the Platform; request personal or financial information; contain suspicious links. Report any suspicious behavior using the report button.
9. Transactions Between Users
Partalog is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. The Platform is NOT a party to any transaction between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed parts. Safe payment recommendations: prefer in-person meetings and payment on receipt; use cash on delivery for courier shipments; avoid bank transfers to unknown individuals; keep all correspondence and proof of payment. Any disputes between users are resolved directly between them. Partalog may assist in investigating reported violations.
10. Platform Role and Responsibility
Partalog acts as an intermediary providing a technology platform for connecting buyers and sellers of vehicle parts. The Platform does not pre-screen all content published by users but reserves the right to: remove content that violates these terms; moderate and review listings and messages upon receipt of complaints; deactivate or delete accounts of violators; cooperate with competent authorities in investigating illegal activity. Partalog makes reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical issues.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Platform — including but not limited to: design, logo, text, software, databases, and structure — are the property of Partalog or are used with permission and are protected by copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use elements of the Platform without explicit written permission. Content published by users (listings, photos, descriptions) remains their property, but by publishing it, they grant Partalog a non-exclusive right to display and use it within the Platform's services.
12. Privacy and Personal Data
Partalog processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian legislation. Detailed information about the collection, processing, and protection of personal data is available in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, users consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties — express or implied. Partalog is not liable for: the quality, safety, or legality of listed parts; the accuracy of information in listings; the actions of users on or off the Platform; losses or damages arising from transactions between users; interruption of access to the Platform due to technical reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Partalog's total liability is limited.
14. Complaints and Disputes
Users may report violations through the built-in reporting system or by email to info@partalog.eu. Each report is reviewed by the Partalog team and appropriate measures are taken. In disputes between users, parties are encouraged to seek voluntary resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes that cannot be resolved voluntarily shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
15. Changes to Terms
Partalog reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. In case of significant changes, users will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and delete your account.
